Nick leads the Ruder Finn office in London. He is in charge of our strategy and positioning, serves on Ruder Finn’s global leadership team, and provides senior counsel to our clients. He has twenty years’ communications experience spanning technology, healthcare and internal communications.
Alex has over 25 years' experience with pharmaceutical companies and international communication agencies. Alex is a specialist in marketing communications, from pre- to post-launch, line extensions and product life-cycle management. He has worked on medical education and PR programmes for pharmaceutical, biotech, device, vaccine and diagnostic manufacturers.
Alison’s remit is HR and operations. She has spent more than 30 years working in people and business development both for consultancies and in house. Her experience ranges from healthcare PR through to change communications, and crisis and issues management.
Charlotte joined Ruder Finn in January 2017 on the graduate programme. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism and a Master’s degree in Science Journalism, with a particular interest in healthcare. Charlotte works in the areas of cardiology, infectious diseases and oncology.
Senior Account Director
Donna has worked in healthcare communications for over ten years across many therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiology, rheumatology, haematology, and corporate health communications. She has built strong relationships with the media and advocacy landscape via her roles both in agency and in-house at a charity.
Senior Media Strategist
Former national newspaper journalist Emma leads Ruder Finn UK’s media team. She focuses on strategic client counsel, identifying and securing print, digital and broadcast coverage opportunities in the UK and Europe plus media partnerships: from healthcare to travel and tech.
As a Senior Account Executive in the Technology team, Fern manages the day-to-day press office activities across her clients. Fern’s career strengths are content writing for B2B brands, social media strategies, event management and media relations within the technology industry.
Hannah has six years' experience in B2B PR and marketing, working with a range of companies in the technology, security, start-up, digital, media and investor markets.
Jem is an Associate Director in the Internal Communications team. She has ten years’ experience creating internal communication campaigns and employee engagement strategies that align with company goals and values. Before joining Ruder Finn she worked in-house across the public, corporate and charity sectors.
Josie joined Ruder Finn over five years ago. During this time she’s worked across several disease areas from neurology to infectious diseases. She holds a Master’s degree in Drug Discovery and has experience working in cardiovascular gastrointestinal research.
Director of Connected Communications
Robin is Ruder Finn’s integration expert. He draws on 17 years’ experience working with technology companies to find new ways our teams can work together to create more impactful communications campaigns. He’s also our point person for issues and reputation management in Europe.
Sarah is a Director in the Healthcare team. She leads integrated communications programmes for several of the company’s largest healthcare and consumer health clients. She has been with Ruder Finn for 9 years.
Senior Account Director
Tracey Bowditch is a Senior Account Director in the Technology team. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing corporate, B2B and financial communication strategies. Specialising in the technology, media and digital sectors, Tracey has worked with global brands and fast-growth start-ups.
Natalie has a background in office management and operations. She holds a CIPD certificate in HR practice and is studying for a social science degree with the Open University.
Hannah joined Ruder Finn as a trainee and has 12 years' consultancy experience. She was one of the first consultants in our Internal Communications practice, and has also worked with corporate and technology brands in the UK and globally on a range of communications engagements.
Edward works on the healthcare team on a range of accounts with a particular interest in immunology and neurology. He has a scientific background and recently graduated with a degree in Medical Physiology and Therapeutics (a biomedical degree).
Head of Design
With 18 years industry experience working at leading London agencies, Lee’s broad skill set ranges from brand identity, print design, digital right through to interior design. Lee is responsible for the both the creative direction of projects and leading the design team. He works closely with the project managers and designers, reviewing and guiding all creative work.
Some of Lee’s previous clients include Orange, Epson, Syngenta Science Writers Awards, British Heart Foundation and Land Securities.
Isabelle is a designer from Melbourne with over five years industry experience working on strategically driven projects across brand, print, digital and the built environment. Specialising in brand identity, print design and illustration, Isabelle values meaningful design that benefits communities, with many of her past clients operating within the public sector.
Junior Account Executive
Oscar joined Ruder Finn as a Junior Account Executive in April 2018. He works on the Internal Communications team on a range of accounts. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and has a background in online journalism, PR and marketing.
Alexandra has six years of experience in strategic communications across health and social issues for a diverse range of internal and external audiences. She brings experience in engaging workforces during major change, specialising in digital engagement. With strong skills in writing, research and analysis she enjoys working with clients to shape messages to suit their target audience.
Senior Account Manager
Samantha has seven years’ experience working in science, healthcare and internal communications. She joined Ruder Finn from Instinctif Partners, and previously worked in-house at Syngenta in R&D communications, the Royal Society of Cambridge and Sense About Science. Samantha holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry for Cancer from the University of Cambridge.
