Mid-level Consultant - Internal Comms.
We are currently looking for a mid-level consultant with 3-5 years’ experience to join our fast growing internal
communications team. This is an important role with tremendous scope for career progression for the right candidate.
With a background in internal communication and employee engagement (ideally from an agency) you’ll take the lead on your own accounts and have the ability to think both strategically and creatively in your day-to-day role. You’ll be able to work well under pressure and have a desire to innovate and try new things to achieve the best possible results for your clients. You’ll have excellent client management skills and experience of scoping projects and participating in new business. You’ll keep up-to-date with industry developments and have experience of networking, ideally with a strong set of industry contacts.
