We’re feeling as proud as punch.

We work in partnership with the global Corporate Affairs team at AstraZeneca and together, over the last 18 months, we have delivered two transformational engagement campaigns that have had a lasting impact on their business.

At the start of last year, we worked together to launch a new enterprise social network, Workplace by Facebook, to their geographically and culturally diverse workforce. We quickly followed this up with the ambitious global crowdsourcing campaign AZ2025: Think. Transform. Together.

Our hard work across both programmes has earned us a slew of awards.

The rollout of Workplace by Facebook at AstraZeneca was one of the most successful Facebook have seen, we hit all of our KPIs within the first two months, which put us in great stead to launch the ambitious AZ2025 programme. The judges were impressed by the scale and lasting impact of this multilingual crowdsourcing initiative and how it engaged a global employee base.

Following on from this, we used the platform crowdsource ideas from more than 60,000 AstraZeneca employees on how to shape their future strategy. Together we delivered a global, multichannel, multi-language campaign along with a traveling exhibition to 15 locations around the world.
